– Top Podcasts to Improve Your Life –
I am an enormous fan of podcasts. To the extent that 9 out of 10 times if you were to see me walking on the streets, I will have my headphones on, listening to one. They contain so much useful wisdom and lessons, at least the good ones do anyway. With more than a million podcasts available on every imaginable topic, it can be hard to pick out the good ones.
That’s why I have gathered some of the most interesting podcasts that fall into the categories we are interested in here at Inner Picture Stories – the ones that will improve your life. These podcasts contain the wisdom that will help you improve your personal life, and will give you better insights and new possibilities of both the world and yourself.

The Tim Ferris Show
This series deconstructs the world’s top performers from military strategists to chess masters, with everyone from actors, athletes and musicians in between. The Tim Ferris Show, hosted by no other than Tim Ferris himself is one hell of a podcast to follow if you want to dive deep within the minds of highly intelligent people. This is my number 1 all-time favorite podcast and it contains some of the most empowering wisdom that can be used in your own life/business.
Have a listen to this insightful and very inspiring episode with Derek Shivers to get a taste of what The Tim Ferris Show is all about.

The School of Greatness
Hosted by Lewis Homes, the School of Greatness certainly lives up to its name. In each episode Lewis discusses an inspiring message or has guests who talk about their life and the secrets of their happiness and success. The result is really inspirational sessions that can readily be applied to your own life. Lewis hosts an incredible range of people and without a shadow of doubt, this podcast has taught me more than school ever did – or could. If you want to become great, the school of greatness is your ticket to doing so.
Have a listen to one of my recent favorites, which features an interview with former FBI Negotiator, Chris Voss on how to master negotiation in business and life.
Mindfulness Mode
Mindfulness Mode by Bruce Langford is a podcast focused on increasing calmness, focus and happiness through mindfulness & meditation. Each episode is about 30 minutes long which is the perfect amount of time to get a quick, yet deep boost throughout your day to help maintain that state of mindfulness.
Here is a favorite one of mine which has some great valuable lessons on mindfulness!

The Robin Sharma Mastery
Robin Sharma is an international bestselling author (The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari is one of his most famous books, and which is an absolutely great read by the way!) and leadership speaker. While he does not release new episodes that frequently, every single, 15-minute episode gives some truly bright and life changing advice.
Have a listen to one of them!

London Real
Each week London Real interviews people at the top of their game, giving you an inside look on how they achieved success in their life. This gives you the chance to apply their methods and tools to improve your own health, wealth and relationships and take them to the next level.
Here is a fascinating interview with an incredible human being – Wim Hof, aka the Ice man. He has developed a technique called the Wim Hof Method which allows you to control your own autonomic nervous system, which in turn enhances your immune system, your health and wellbeing. If you are interested, he runs workshops around the world but also offers an online course teaching you this method in 10 weeks. The effects are incredible, and yes I am talking from experience. I took this course and use this method myself.

Ted Talks
Ted Talks is all about ideas that are worth spreading. The talks are given by the world’s leading thinkers, doers and speakers, all who share a message that can literally change your life and thinking. This is a fascinating podcast which I highly recommend you subscribe too. Because I value Ted Talks so much I have even written a post just about the Top 12 Life Changing Ted Talks which is also well worth a visit!
But in the meantime, have a listen to this very insightful Ted Talk on how to raise successful kids.
